Foundations & Freedom is a 12-month course and/or mentorship for high-achievers who have done all the work and are ready to finally let it land, using my Somatic Freedom Method™.

This is for the person who wants the full Foundations & Freedom experience, group support, and one private touchpoint each month for personalized guidance.

This is the core Foundational experience for the client who wants the full framework, group mentorship, community, and curriculum without private coaching. Note: Renee will be coaching you 1:1 within the group setting.
