Do you ever feel cravings that you give into? Are you frustrated by your cravings and don’t understand how you get them when you eat so well?
Yes, most of us have cravings and some of us are unaware what they are actually saying to us.
For example, do you ever crave sugar, fat or salts and even though you satisfy your salivating taste buds, the cravings keep coming back? This is a vicious cycle and a tough spot to be in.
I’m not sure what scenario is worse, feeling the cravings or the feeling after when you thought you satisfied it but it’s still lingering around or even worse binging on something and then feeling like crap afterward.
