I notice that I put things off in regards to my health from time to time… Have you ever done this?
I was just thinking about my WHY when it comes to teaching cleanses and also participating in them too.
I teach cleanses each season because I’m completely fascinated by the wisdom of body and by people. It’s been pretty incredible to watch hundreds and hundreds of people grow to love themselves and heal their bodies in the past 6 + years.
Personally, the reason I need to cleanse is to give my digestive system a healthy reboot and to give my body the time and space to relax and not work as hard.
I must schedule in the down time or I will never do it, not just when a cleanse happens either. The cleansing I do re-energizes me on why I want to integrate these tools into my daily life.
Also, when I’m teaching a cleanse, I now get to have a whole bunch of awesome accountability partners to cleanse along with me. Thanks!
Whenever I’ve put something off in my life, I later realize it’s because of a few things I was not doing:
*I wasn’t sure on my WHY? I didn’t have clarity on Why I even wanted that certain something and I did not allow myself to visualize the outcome of it either.
*I also didn’t give myself a deadline. I’ve been writing a book for 5 years…haha, but not very seriously. I recently just set a deadline and now things are really serious. I’m a writer, baby! Game on.
*I manage my internal energy. More and more, I’m protective of the space I create in my life to keep myself grounded and energetic. I focus my thoughts and mind on what I desire, as best I can anyway.
In the 18 Day Love Yourself Naked Challenge Cleanse, I teach folks to love themselves while following my signature system. This cleanse has accountability, recipes, lots of fun, meal ideas, a 7 step daily check list and videos to walk your though every step and even opportunities to work with me more personally.
Plus, I’m going to Host 3 LIVE group coaching calls to work with you on your WHY and how to manage your internal energy.
We leave out gluten, corn, soy, sugar, dairy, refined foods, processed/packaged foods, caffeine and alcohol.
We have a 2 page shopping list, I promise, you will find things you like and you should not go hungry here. (if you are starving all the time, you aren’t cleansing properly)
The recipes are delicious (they have to be).
You will have daily communication with my on our private forum (and I do show up each day on that thing to meet you where you are at in this process)
You will be challenged.
You will make changes.
You will be out of your comfort zone at times.
You will learn why deprivation doesn’t work and why living with ease, acceptance and action are the answer.
You will learn the signature system to keep this way of eating as a sustainable lifestyle after the cleanse
You will experience that feeling when your clothes fit, you have more energy in your body and confidence that you can keep going.
I recall at time when I had my highest sales and profit month as an entrepreneur. At that time, I remember wondering if it was too good to be true. If I could really sustain this or do it again? I knew I could, but my mind was doubting me and I was second guessing. I was struggling to receive and accept the flow of energy that was coming to me through money at the time. Finally, I figured out how to change my energy and be grateful.
Food is similar to money in that way. To change your relationship with food (permanently), your path is to learn to receive and accept the flow of love into your life. It’s knowing that managing your internal energy is about 85% of this cleanse and I’m really great at teaching you how to do this. That’s why people love this cleanse so much and keep sharing it.
“This cleanse was expensive for me at the time. I didn’t have much in my account but I knew that I needed this more than anything so I said yes. Not only did it change my life, I also give it (the cleanse) credit for this change in my lifestyle that lead to my job promotion at work. The price is invaluable to work with Renee, I see that now”
