Apple Cider Vinegar Cure-All Tonic

This drink has greatly impacted my health beyond measure. From acid reflux to digestive issues to migraines to sickness…. It is amazing stuff.  It creates a better Acid/Alkaline balance in the body and also helps fungal issues, infections, flu, cholesterol, weight loss, acne, allergies, arthritis… the list is endless.

You can enjoy this daily.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Lemon (juiced)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Raw Honey (Manuka Honey works too)

Instructions

  1. Mix the hot water, cinnamon and honey together.
  2. Mix in the lemon and apple cider vinegar.
  3. Drink as a warm tea.
  4. Enjoy!
