Ingredients
- 1.5 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 cup organic milk (almond, soy, coconut milk are other options)
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 1 esp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. “Frank’s Finest” Fall Spice Blend (as an option you can use nutmeg, allspice, cinnamon)
- Agave nectar to taste
- 1 tbsp raw oats (optional)
