In other words, you can drink all the green juice in the world and if you cannot sit with yourself, listen to your inner guidance and be present, you can still manifest fear. Fear and stress turn into fat, disease, cancer and sickness.
There is nothing more important than a daily practice of awareness for your health and happiness. Nothing! I’ve learned that you can eat healthy and have all of the nutrition tools in place, but if you don’t have this practice you will keep hitting dead ends. An awareness practice allows you to remember that each moment gives you a choice to view love versus fear.
When we are in tune with ourselves and relationships in life – we can listen to what we are called for that is so much greater than we could have ever imagined.
