So you have all of these goals and intentions for the New Year. It’s like a new love and you are all caught up in the nervous jitters and excitement of the new.
Right now you wake up in the morning and these new resolutions are on your mind. You’re actively participating in making them happen. You are going to bed with excitement and your sweet little intentions are on your mind as you snuggle into the pillow.
This time is different. This time I am going to do it. This time I won’t be the person who didn’t hit her (his) goals.
Here is the problem. Your fickle mind is trying to burrow it’s ugly head into your passionate powerful purpose.
Despite how bad you want to hit these goals, there is a part of you doubting, fearful, scared and nervous. There is a part of you who needs to face up to some of the behaviors that hold us back in the first place.
We can have all the crazy, ambitious goals that we want but unless we take a good, honest look at the parts that are holding us back we won’t summit the mountain and enjoy the view of success.
So today, I talk about the “Bad” behaviors. In time, my goal is that you embrace these bad boy behaviors as eye-opening wake-up calls and you begin to create some big change in your life… not because it’s a resolution. Not because you have to. Not for your husband (or wife). Not for your kids. Not for your skinny jeans.
Say goodbye to the bad and hello to health for no other than for YOU. Because you deserve nothing but the best for yourself. Wiping out these 6 bad behaviors is the beginning of a cleansing for your Love Yourself Naked journey.
Think of them as the training wheels on your bike. Once you let them go, you can ride ahead with confidence.
