Hi, it's Renee. I’m teaching breathwork classes online in August and September 2021.
We will embody our breath and move our energy through our body, from our feet to our belly to our heart to our throat and head.
It’s time to continue to open right now, have the courage to speak and breathe, and not to numb or escape reality.
We create our own reality by way of our breath and focus on what we can do right now.
This class can be primal, spiritual and shatter the reality you are living in.
If you are nervous to be in this intimate space with others breathing (we will be online), then come anyway and we can dive deep into what that fear of intimacy means, together.
This is a trauma-informed space that will help you facilitate self-healing.
This class is about knowing your power.
Not knowing your power or being disconnected from your breath is giving away your power and living in hell.
We do not need to allow what is happening outside of us to stop us and keep us small.
We will explore our own self-healing and we will be transmuting the challenging energy you may feel at times into more clarity, focus, and self-regulation.
As you know, in many ways, our culture is isolated and disconnected.
It’s my belief that this disconnection stems from our own separation from ourselves and our breath.
From the time of your birth, until now, so many past events, incidents, and circumstances created wounds where you disconnected from your body, self, and others.
These moments made significant impressions on your nervous system.
Breathing your body with guidance allows you to relax back into your body, self-healing memory while regulating your nervous system.

A combination of inspiring, wisdom, strong and vulnerable, Renee Jayne is known as a catalyst for change and for you to reconnect with higher yourself. She is a compassionate leader who empathically supports individuals, couples, groups, and organizations for 20 years.
Renee is a holistic nutrition practitioner and somatic life and leadership coach. Renee has been a transformational coach and consultant for individuals and corporations since 2010.

This is perfect for people who desire to meditate, have a hard time, or want to deepen their practice.
You know what you need to do, but you're not moving forward. Connecting with your breath and grounding in your body regulates your nervous system. It gives you back the foundation of health, your breath and allows you to move forward.
Most of our nervous systems are on overdrive and many of us have post-traumatic stress symptoms and digestive trouble, breathing regulates both.
Breathwork allows any old emotions stuck within our body to finally emerge. This is safe, simple, and potent all at the same time.
You are guided through each step to open with the intention to create more space in your body.
